IU's Google Analytics architecture is changing, and rather than each website having its own property, we'll instead have one global property and sub-properties for all of our top-level domains. This means that when you're granted access, you won't be granted access to a single website but all of IU East's, or IU Northwest's, or IU Bloomington's, analytics.
Consider the web traffic you're interested in viewing, and request access to the sub-property or properties where your users flow through. For example, if you work in admissions on any campus, you might be interested in the traffic coming from iu.edu to your campus website. In that case, request both iu.edu and your campus.
For you to be granted access to IU's Google Analytics 4 Properties, you will need to complete the Google Analytics 4 training offered via Skillshop.
